Ageto and 10 ANIV both show up 6 times, for example, and I've counted 5 GAMESTP entries (you get the point.)įor a Pokémon like Celebi, admittedly this is not a big deal since the only possible ones are already event ones anyway, and you can easily find them even through that list, but for others like Suicune, it's unnecessarily difficult finding the Burned Tower/Route 25 ones in the middle of all the 10 ANNIV and WIN2011 ones (there are 139 results for Suicune, despite it being only available from two specific met locations + 9 or so individual events.

Unless that's also been fixed in a later commit already, using Celebi as an example, there are 57 results despite there only being 11 different Celebi in the Event Database.

I understand that there are separate entries for the same Pokémon for every possible route, but that's not what I'm referring to. Download PKHEX: Citra Emulator: kindly check out my Pokem. There's no way to filter out certain classes of encounters yet. The 'duplicates' are different met location / encounter types they aren't 100% the same. While the former might be intentional, it would be nice to be able to generate Pokémon out of any valid encounters from older generations without needing to open a separate instance of PKHeX using an older save file to drag & drop. VI saves only show results from that specific pair of games (Encounter Database doesn't show OR/AS Latias/Latios when using X/Y save files, for example, but it does show UM Ultra Space Wilds Latias on an Ultra Sun save.) VI and VII saves, the Encounter Database only shows results from that particular generation, while Gen. In most other cases, if the Pokémon doesn't exist in that Gen., it gives a "No results found!" popup box as it should. IV or higher on my Emerald save file gives one result of invalid data. VI or lower throws an index out of range exception, while selecting a Pokémon from Gen. VI and VII save files, likely because these are being restricted to only viewing encounters from their current Gen.Īlso, selecting a Gen. I'm trying to out hidden ability prankster onto the sableye I caught in the wild but it keeps coming up with an error: not a valid SOS encounter.

I created all kinds of mons on gen 6 with no problems. I'd assume that there is likely more, but there are too many Pokémon to look through for me to consider making a list. I downloaded the latest pkhex but I'm having some trouble using it. Articuno also has a handful when viewed on Gen. This is only the worst example I've found so far. V, though a lot of garbage data shows up for it on Gen. Certain Pokémon have a bunch of garbage data present under their Encounter Database entry, depending on which Gen.
